The cartridge GROHE SilkMove® ensures a gradual, precise control of water flow and temperature. The cartridge is the heart of any mixer, the place where the ceramic discs are positioned. The surface of the ceramic discs is perfectly smooth and polished and coated with a special non-toxic lubricant with Teflon ® which guarantees a smooth operation without any friction. The lever of the mixer is connected to the ceramic discs by a pin: GROHE uses pure brass to ensure strength and durability. Following the movement of the pin, the ceramic discs move softly on each other by blocking or favoring the passage of water.
