Geberit Mepla press fittings

Geberit Mepla combines the advantages of metal and plastic pipes. The multi-layer composite pipe is more corrosion-resistant and lighter than metal tubes and more dimensionally stable and more resistant than plastic pipes. Geberit Mepla can be processed quickly and safely and is dimensionally stable, flexible, pressure and corrosion resistant and permanently sealed.

Easy and fast processing:

1. Geberit Mepla pipe with suitable pipe shears or pipe cutter to length per angle.
2. Calibrate and deburr pipe end with suitable tool. Pipe of chips.
3. Connect the system tube and fittings to the stop. Note: The fittings are lubricated ex works. No lubricants may be used, otherwise the drinking water quality will be affected!
4. Make sure that the press tool (mechanical or electric) and the press jaw (press contour G) fits the diameter of the press fit.
5. Press Fitting with pipe - ready!
